Project story · Grey Lynn

Turning a renovated house into a complete home.

After renovating her Grey Lynn house, homeowner Maria was left with a garden that no longer matched the care invested indoors. The brief was a full transformation: a paved backyard, refreshed front garden, lawn areas and planting that made the whole property feel connected.

The project was planned in stages to respect the available budget. Established plants were retained where they added value, while new structure and a more considered planting palette brought the garden together. Working in phases meant the most important foundations could be completed first without losing sight of the finished vision.
